The Farm - The Hershey's purchased the farmstead over twenty years ago, and found it to be the perfect place to raise their family and pursue their passion for horses. After both daughters chose to hold their wedding ceremonies and receptions at the estate, David and Linda decided to launch the Wedding division of Spring Mount Farms, utilizing their property to create some of the most unique wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Their estate includes 21 acres. The bank-style barn was built during the 1800’s with virgin timber and depicts the only architecture of the era. The Hershey’s have since converted the lower portion of the barn into a horse barn to house their Preacher Draft horses. These horses are used for competitive show and also for their carriage service. The barn floor is used as a working storage floor, but is often the site of receptions, parties, and small corporate get-togethers.

When the Hershey’s purchased the estate, they decided to re-establish the spring-fed pond. Today, this pond is often used for wedding ceremonies, family reunions, and company picnics. It’s serene location offers the perfect staging for amazing photographs that capture the true essence of the day.
