Special Events - Lasting Moments Carriage Service offers carriage rides at local events throughout the Altoona, State College, Bellefonte, and Lock Haven Areas. We also visit older active adult communities where our horses bring smiles to the faces of those who come out to enjoy a wintry evening of carriage rides. Our services are available for anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions. If we cannot bring our services to you, you can come to us.
